Well there are several different types of dreams.
In my lifetime, I have experienced them all. I can recall dreams back to when I was 6 years old. I didn't realize until
I got older that everyone's not as not as sensitive to dreaming as others are, or some people "claim" that they
don't dream at all ! Thank God for the internet, now I am able to communicate these experiences with people that
realize that there is more to life then what meets the eye. I believe everyone dream. Some people may be more "in tuned"
with there dreams then others. The reason that I take my visions serious is because they feel so strong, and i believe most
of them give a spiritual message. Sometimes
I'll experience a "psychic dream". I would dream of an event and it play out into reality the very next day.
Sometimes the same day. How could I overlook such an experience? Some people keep a dream journal because sometimes it could feel impossible
to remember every little detail after you awake, and go through out your busy day. It is good to keep one to make it
easier to interpret the meanings. Sometimes even the most smallest detail may be bigger then what it seems.

Emptying
out the trash Dream This dream I named myself. Others would call this an "ordinary
dream". During the day our conscious
minds are active, but at night the subconscious takes over. Ordinary dreams are based on the activity of the unconscious in
response to what we've heard or seen through out the day. Even a single thought can trigger you to dream. Automatic unconscious
stores of knowledge that have made an impression
remained filled in the brain and unperceived until "read" by dreams and symbols, which are the language of the soul.
This is why I use the metaphor "emptying out the trash". Our minds are constantly working every second of our lives.
A lot of times we have thoughts, and then forget all about them. Well those thought do not leave. They filter though to the
subconscious, and that is where your thoughts are stored. Dreaming while the body and the conscious minds rest, we empty out
these previous thoughts during sleeping hours.
